What our customers say:

In 2025, we surveyed our customers to understand our impact in the year 2024-25, with the following key findings:

  • 97% said they would work with CSA Catapult again
  • 71% said they would have faced delays, higher costs or been unable to progress without Catapult support.
  • 80% secured public funding; over half (56%) attribute this directly to Catapult engagement.
  • 74% developed new partnerships.
  • 56% targeting new markets.
  • 55% strengthened international links.
  • 36% attracted greater investment.
  • 57% now have confidence to take products to market.
  • Recruitment needs: Significant demand for technical roles, especially in photonics and semiconductor engineering.
