CSA Catapult was awarded the certification by achieving an average of 79% in all statements in the Great Place to Work survey.
The survey gathered information on employee's experience of working at CSA Catapult and was complimented by insights into our culture, our programmes and practices, to show how we’re constantly enhancing our workplace.
A total of 84% of employees at CSA Catapult said the Catapult was a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK based company.
