CSA Catapult has been certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ by the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work.

CSA Catapult achieved an average of 80% in all statements in the Great Place to Work survey earning its highest score to date, and the highly coveted certification for the sixth-year running.

The annual survey gathered information on employees’ experience of working at CSA Catapult and was enhanced by insights into our culture, programmes and practices, to show how our workplace is constantly evolving as we grow.

A total of 86% of employees at CSA Catapult said the Catapult was a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK based company.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, built on the belief that great employee experiences are better for people, for business and for the world.

For over 40 years, Great Place to Work has been carrying out employee surveys to recognise what organisations are doing right and help them to continually improve.

Great Place to Work apply data and insights from millions of employees working in around 10,000 organisations across the world every year to benchmark individual performance.

“We are so delighted to achieve the Great Place to Work certification again this year, and our highest score yet.

“This accolade rounds off another fantastic year for the Catapult as we achieved Best Workplace certification in the charity and not-for-profit (small and medium), and construction, engineering and property categories in September.

Our people and culture are at the heart of what we do. We are committed to building an inclusive and positive workplace that enables them to create innovative solutions and develop future technologies that will benefit everyone’s lives.

“Thanks to our team for helping us achieve this certification.”
