This year’s survey responses found that in the construction, engineering and property category, 77 per cent of employees said “I am offered training or development to further myself professionally” compared to 52 per cent at a typical company in this sector.
The Best Workplaces lists are created using anonymous surveys about employees’ work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
They also assess how well the organisation delivers a consistent employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
