For the third year in a row, we’re delighted to share that Compound Semiconductor Applications (CSA) Catapult has been recognised and certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’.
The Great Place To Work Certification recognises employers who create an outstanding employee experience.
This year, CSA Catapult received their highest ever response rate of 91% to the survey. As an evolving and dynamic workplace, CSA Catapult has created an open culture where all employees are valued for their contributions to the organisation. CSA Catapult has successfully built a diverse and talented team where its people are rewarded and praised for the innovative work they do.
The Great Place to Work survey gathered information on employee’s experience of working at CSA Catapult and was complimented by insights into our culture, programmes and practices, to show how we’re constantly enhancing our workplace. For over 40 years, Great Place to Work has been carrying out employee surveys to recognise what organisations are doing right and help them to continually improve.
Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, which is why it’s so meaningful for CSA Catapult to receive this recognition, based on benchmarking information against 10,000 organisations across the world.
