We’re delighted to share that Compound Semiconductor Applications (CSA) Catapult has been recognised and certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’.
As a result of achieving more than 65% in an annual Trust Index survey, CSA Catapult achieved the certification for 2022 from Great Place to Work.
The survey gathered information on our employee’s experience of working at CSA Catapult and was complimented by insights into our culture, our programmes and practices, to show how we’re constantly enhancing our workplace.
Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, built on the belief that great employee experiences are better for people, for business and for the world.
For over 40 years, Great Place to Work has been carrying out employee surveys to recognise what organisations are doing right and help them to continually improve.
Great Place to Work apply data and insights from millions of employees working in around 10,000 organisations across the world every year to benchmark individual performance.
